Citizens can directly call and submit their grievances to the Commissioner through a Phone-In Programme scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, 05-01-2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

With the objective of directly listening to the issues faced by citizens within the limits of the Bengaluru Central City Corporation and ensuring their swift redressal, the Commissioner of Bengaluru Central City Corporation, Shri Rajendra Cholan, will conduct a Phone-In Programme tomorrow, 05-01-2026 (Monday), from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The general public is requested to make use of this opportunity to submit their grievances related to the following basic civic services by calling over the telephone.
Grievances that can be raised include:
* Potholes and road repair works
* Maintenance of streetlights
* Garbage collection and disposal
* Cutting/removal of dry or dangerous trees/branches
* Maintenance of parks
* Issues related to e-Khata
* Removal of unauthorized banners/posters
* Maintenance of footpaths and removal of encroachments
* Cleaning of drains
* Any other civic amenities provided by the City Corporation
Citizens may call tomorrow, 05-01-2026 (Monday), between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM and speak directly with the Hon’ble Commissioner, Shri Rajendra Cholan, to submit their grievances. The Commissioner will personally hear the grievances received from citizens and issue on-the-spot directions to the concerned officials for prompt resolution of the issues.
