Congress should apologise to nation for insulting national song “Vande Matharam”

BENGALURU, APRIL 28 – Bharatiya Janata Party has urged Congress President, Mr.. Rahul Gandhi to apologise to nations for insulting national song “Vande Mataram” in a party rally at Bantvala in Dakshin Kannada. Addressing a press conference here today BJP National General Secretary and In-charge of Karnataka unit, Mr. Muralidhar Rao said Mr.Rahul Gandhi brazenly got the national song cut short. It showed the arrogant attitude of the Congress towards national values, and it was highly condemnable. It could not be brushed off as a political issue. The dignity of the nation was involved in the incident. The Congress chief should immediately tender an unconditional apology for the blunder.
