Convocation Ceremony 2024 at NSTI Bengaluru

Bengaluru, October 26, 2024 – The “Kaushal Deekshant Samaroh – Convocation Ceremony
2024” has been celebrated today for the toppers and passed out trainees of Craftsmen Training
Scheme (CTS) and Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS) at National Skill Training Institute
(Women), Bengaluru.
The event at NSTI (W) Bengaluru, located in Dairy Circle, Hosur Road, featured distinguished
guests, including:
●   Shivayogi V Ballolli, General Manager, Electronics City Industries Association
● Smt. Nirupa R, Senior Design Manager, Provident Housing Ltd.
● Ms Naina Nagpal, Assistant Director/ Principal, NSTI (W) Bengaluru
Event Highlights:
● The main event was commenced by dignitaries by lighting the lamp and the invocation
song.
●  Shivayogi V Ballolli, General Manager, ELCIA has shared valuable insights on
institute-industry collaboration and its importance.
● Smt. Nirupa R, Sr. Design Manager who is an alumni of batch year 2000 (Architechture
Draughtsman) of this institute has shared her career pathway and motivated the trainees
to strive for success.
● Ms Naina Nagpal, Assistant Director/ Principal addressed the gathering by briefing about
the long-term and short-term courses with focus on skilling for life.
The event also included a certificate distribution ceremony:
● The mementos and the certificates have been awarded to the toppers and passed out
trainees of several trades under CTS and CITS courses.
The event has ended with a vote of thanks to the dignitaries and the participants.
