My desire and job at Fyole is to search, identify and stitch together artisans of different ilk, craft and most certainly temperament. I am acutely aware that, artists don’t tolerate reality but that is where magic happens. At Fyole we have artists galore, headed by a cake maestro with over 25 years of working in cakes in LA, then running her own cake business in Mumbai for over 10 years; we also have a bread maker who has honed his craft over the years learning from hits & misses, trials & travel, accidents & arguments, being an understudy to unwilling-to-teach role-models; we have a calm and humble dessert chef of high repute with experience in the best of restaurants and yet another eccentric genius chef who can make you the best pasta or even a hummus or a bagel sandwich.
