Bengaluru, March 23rd 2019: Hundreds of citizens staying in and around Banaswadi and Cooke Town signed the largest letter of gratitude to our Jawans at Orion East Mall today.
The program was inaugurated by Mrs. Sangita Meharotra wife of Colonel Anand Meharotra , who is a serving Army Officer,a decorated Soldier who has been active in Kargil war and also a BLACK CAT COMMANDO from 51 SAG, the unit which captured KASAB .Other guest of honour were Prakash Raj Indian Film Actor and Ms. Krupalath Martin Dass, Miss International USA 2018 – 2019. Prakash Raj was the first person to write the letter of gratitude to Jawans by pledging money for a cause.
“It was a privilege for Orion East Mall to host a homage to the martyred CRPF Jawans. Our defense forces are our nation’s pride, as they safeguard us while the rest of the nation sleeps in peace. Hundreds of people turned out to sign this small token of gratitude,” says, Mr. Sunil Munshi, Sr. General Manager, Orion East Mall.
Sharing the USP of this noble initiative Kishore Joseph, Director Breathe Entertainment said thousands of the people are expected to participate in the initiative BharathBachoa being held at Orion Mall East today and tomorrow.
We invite every citizen of Bengaluru to be a part of this Patriotic Initiative which supports the cause of Families of martyred Pulwama CRPF Jawan’s. The money collected will be sent to the Jawan’s family though AWWA (Army Wives Welfare Association) and the Largest Letter of Gratitude will be hand over to Army Wives Welfare Association to display he said.
All the Citizens of Bengaluru who joined hearts in friendship by writing their letter of gratitude pledged to create a new world peace by addressing the deteriorating relations between Pakistan and India and to provide platforms to enable common people and civil society to demand peace and condemn attempts at war mongering in both countries.
