JOÃO MIGUEL LEANDRO APPOINTED AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF RCI BANK AND SERVICES AS OF 1 SEPTEMBER 2019

João Miguel Leandro has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of RCI Bank and Services, effective from September 1, 2019. He succeeds Bruno Kintzinger, who is retiring.João Miguel Leandro reports to Clotilde Delbos, Groupe Renault Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors at RCI Bank and Services. He will also become a member of the Management Committee of Groupe Renault.
