Continuing this legacy, the restaurant now presents an exclusive two-night showcase by renowned Australian Chef Shane Osborn, marking his first-ever visit to India. On July 11 and 12, 2025, diners will have the rare opportunity to savour a specially curated eight-course menu crafted by the Michelin-starred chef, whose career spans continents and global acclaim.
Shane Osborn made history as the first Australian chef to be awarded one and two Michelin Stars. He earned his first star at just 29 years of age, gaining international praise during his tenure as head chef and co-owner at Pied à Terre, London. Under his leadership, the restaurant garnered accolades including Decanter’s Restaurant of the Year and a top spot on the San Pellegrino Readers’ Choice Restaurant of the Year, 29/30 in the Zagat guide, and 8/10 in the Good Food Guide. Currently based in Hong Kong, Osborn runs Arcane, a modern European fine dining restaurant that has retained its Michelin star since 2017, along with Cornerstone (Bib Gourmand recognition) and Moxie, under his restaurant group The Arcane Collective. He was also a finalist on Netflix’s acclaimed culinary competition The Final Table.
This exclusive Bengaluru appearance offers Indian diners a rare opportunity to savour Chef Osborn’s culinary style, which is ingredient-led and technique-driven, in an intimate setting.
