Addressing the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Swarnabharati Co-operative Bank Dr Reddy said the bank has seen a 17 per cent growth in the current year. With over 10,000 members at present, it is one of the most customer-friendly cooperative banks in the city.
“With a working capital of Rs. 176.36 crore and with a decrease of net NPA of 4.87 per cent the bank made a profit of 1.23 crore. The Bank is ranked in the audit classification with an “A” rank”, he said.
On the occasion, the children of bank customers who had excelled in PUC and SSLC examinations were felicitated and awarded scholarships.
