Bengaluru, 10th October 2021:
The 5th Edition of Innovative International Film Festival, South India’s largest film festival came to a grand closure today in Bengaluru.
The four-day film festival witnessed participation from 2000 plus delegates, including students and aspiring film talents. Presenting a wide spectrum of films, the festival brought to foray a fine selection of 150 movies from 40 Nations, 30 languages. Organized by Innovative Film Academy (IFA), the festival also had an intriguing session helmed by industry veterans that offered a platform for aspiring talents to learn the nuances of the art. The award ceremony was presided over by Dr. L. Muruganji, the Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Dairy, Government of India.
The final day of the festival featured screenings at the Innovative Multiplex in Marathalli, Bengaluru, with dignitaries from Abu Dhabi, Israel, Canada, and France present. Mr. R.K. Selvamani, President of the Tamil Nadu Film Directors’ Association, and Mr. Saravana Prasad, Founder and Director of Innovative Film Academy, both gave opening remarks. During this occasion, renowned film director Director Karthik Subburaj offered their insightful knowledge about the filmmaking process.
The event also witnessed the launch of Innovative Film Academy’s Istudio- their own virtual production setup.
