The Bangalore Mediation and Conciliation Centre is organizing Bengaluru ADR Week-2025 from November 21-23, 2025, in collaboration with Karnataka Judicial Academy, ADR Week Trust, and Advocates’ Association

The Bangalore Mediation and Conciliation Centre in collaboration with Karnataka Judicial Academy, Bangalore, ADR Week Trust and Bar Association is organizing Bangalore ADR Week-2025 on the theme “Enhancing the Mediation Ecosystem: Building Trust in ADR Systems” from November 20 to 23 at Karnataka Judicial Academy, Bangalore.
The Bangalore Mediation and Conciliation Centre is a unique initiative of the High Court of Karnataka, established in 2012. The Centre is located on the third floor of Khanija Bhavan, Race Course Road, Bangalore. The Bangalore Mediation and Conciliation Centre is a pioneer in the field of institutional mediation. It has a large number of cases and disposals by catering to the needs of the litigants. The increase in acceptance and disposals reflects its excellence in the field of institutional mediation. This programme is designed to enhance the quality of the mediation process, which is one of the best ADR mechanisms.
The Bangalore ADR Week – 2025 will be inaugurated by Justice Vibhu Bhakru, Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court, at the Karnataka Judicial Academy on November 21 at 4.30 pm. Justice K.S. Mudgal, Judge of the Karnataka High Court and President of the Karnataka Judicial Academy, will preside over the event. Justice D.K. Singh, Chairman of the Centre for Mediation and Conciliation and Judge of the Karnataka High Court, will be present. Advocate General of the State of Karnataka K. Shashi Kiran Shetty, Additional Solicitor General of India, Karnataka High Court Arvind Kamath and President of the Bangalore Bar Association Vivek Subbareddy will be the chief guests.
The Bengaluru ADR Week-2025 event will be held for 3 days and will witness 6 panel discussions and one discussion session. Former Hon’ble Judges of the Supreme Court, former and sitting Judges of the High Court, senior advocates will be the panelists for the business sessions.
