DECEMBER 2018: Ms. Sheetal Sachdeva has been appointed as the new Operations Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Agra. In her new role, Ms. Sachdeva will effectively leverage her experience of managing diverse responsibilities of Guest Services, Rooms Division Management, F&B Operations, Administration and driving revenues at Courtyard by Marriott, Agra.
Ms. Sachdeva has over eighteen years of experience in the core hospitality and customer oriented operations with luxury hotel chains. Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Agra, Ms. Sachdeva held the role of Operations Manager in Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad. Earlier she was associated with Radisson Blu New Delhi, Dwarka as Director of Rooms , The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi as Front Office Manager amongst others .
Ms. Sachdeva is a Certified Rooms Division Executive through American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
At leisure, Ms. Sachdeva devotes her time to her interests like Reading books, travelling and exploring new destinations.
