Padmapriya Ramesh Kumar, daughter of Dr. Ramesh Kumar P, IFS, Conservator of Forests (Project Tiger), Mysuru, and Dr. Malathi Priya M, IFS, Conservator of Forests (Mysuru Circle), has emerged as the champion in both Singles and Doubles categories at the prestigious Asian 14 & Under Ranking Junior Tennis Tournament 2025. The tournament was held from April 12 to 18, 2025, at Malancha Niwas, Agartala, Tripura.
Currently ranked No. 7 in India and No. 37 in Asia in the Under-14 category, Padmapriya continues to rise as a promising young talent in Indian tennis. She is trained under the guidance of renowned coach Raghuveer Ponnuswany from Mysuru.
This outstanding double victory adds to her growing list of achievements and showcases her dedication, skill, and potential on the international tennis stage.
