A live phone-in program has been organized by the Bangalore Water Board under the chairmanship of Dr. V. Ram Prasat Manohar, Chairman of the Bangalore Water Board, on Friday, June 27 from 09:30 to 10:30 am.
The public can directly address their grievances regarding drinking water problems in their areas/regions, wastewater coming out of sewer pipes/cesspools, water metering and water bill issues.
The public can contact the phone numbers; 080-22945119 and 080-22229639. Customers with water connections can file a complaint by mentioning their RR number. The Public Relations Officer said in a statement that the public should take advantage of this direct phone-in program.
