APPLICATIONS INVITED FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF VOLUNTEER HOME GUARDS

Bangalore, September 22 (Karnataka News):
Applications are invited for the recruitment of vacant volunteer home guards by the Bengaluru North District Home Guard Corps.
The Home Guard is a voluntary organization and applications will be distributed free of cost from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM from October 3 to 31 at the Secretariat Office, Home Guard, Bangalore North District Office, West of Card Road, Near Fire Station, Rajajinagar, Bangalore – 560010.
Candidates with qualifications in Computer Typing (Kannada and English), Vehicle Drivers, Cooks, Carpenters, Electricians, Painters, JCB Drivers, Tent Picking, Swimmers, Welders, Gardeners and Plumbers are eligible.
Eligible candidates should have passed 10th standard. Should be between 20 and 50 years of age. Should be physically fit. At the time of receiving the application, the original T.C. or original mark sheet of the school with date of birth should be brought and should be a local resident and a document in this regard should be provided.
Special Note: Home Guards is a voluntary organization. One can serve in this organization only for a period of 03 years. This is not a permanent job. This organization does not provide any kind of monthly salary or special allowances. The honorarium fixed by the government will be paid only for the period of duty.
