Bangalore, Feb 5 A major work on the aspects of ancient Ayurvedic medicine has been released for the prevention of diabetes. Renowned Ayurvedic expert Dr. 'Ancient Secrets to Reverse Diabetes' written by Mrutunjaya Swamy was released by Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai on Saturday.
This book contains some of the most important facts about diabetes sufferers, pre-diabetic and insulin
treatment.The author of the book is Dr. Swamy
Swamy said, 'India is making strides towards becoming the capital of diabetes. Diabetes is one of the major diseases that result from an altered lifestyle.
Speaking at the launch of the book, Harihara Veera Saiva Lingayatha Panchamasaali Jagadguru Peethamikari Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Vachanananda Swamiji said that lifestyle diseases are making the majority of our young people sick. Diabetes is the most common problem.
