The Linear Accelerator Radiation Therapy service, a modern cancer treatment method, was inaugurated today at Baptist Hospital.by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah today in Bengaluru .When cancer is detected in its late stages, this advanced treatment helps prevent the disease from progressing.
While inaugurating the Linear Accelerator Radiation Therapy Service at Baptist Hospital in the city today, he said that the Christian community has done an excellent job in the field of education and health.
He said that since more rural people come to this hospital, it will be more convenient for the patients if the doctors here speak in Kannada.
He further said “Rich people go to good and expensive private hospitals. But Baptist Hospital believes in public service by providing health services at low cost to poor people who are struggling for daily life. Baptist Hospital has been providing affordable treatment to poor people.”
