Set in a Delhi-based PG, the 14-episode mini web series is filled with cricket, comedy, and chaos ~
New Delhi, 10 March 2025: With anticipation running high for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League, the JSW and GMR co-owned franchise Delhi Capitals today officially released ‘DC PG by Gulati’, a unique cricket-themed mini web series that blends humour with the highs and lows of being a die-hard cricket fan. The first of 14 episodes premieres today on the team’s official YouTube channel, with two episodes releasing each week.
DC PG by Gulati’ features veteran actor Rajesh Sharma, known for his stellar performances in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story and Special 26 among others. He plays the role of Gulati, a landlord who is a passionate Delhi Capitals fan and only allows fellow DC supporters to stay in his Delhi-based paying guest (PG) accommodation. However, things take a hilarious turn when non-DC fans sneak in, leading to a series of comical confrontations, unexpected friendships, and plenty of cricket banter.
With episodes averaging four minutes in length, ‘DC PG by Gulati’ offers snackable and engaging content for cricket fans and casual viewers alike. The series has been envisioned by writer-director Panky, who heads the One Happy Crew production house, and brought to life by Filmfare Award-winning Indian cinematographer Aseem Bajaj.
The series promises to be an exciting addition to Delhi Capitals’ digital content line-up, as the franchise continues to innovate each season to bring its fans closer to the team.
