KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, has won an order to supply a suite of People Flow® solutions, including 37 KONE elevators, 195 KONE escalators and four KONE autowalks for Zhengzhou metro line in China from Zhengzhou airport to Xuchang.
This transit line connects Zhengzhou airport and Xuchang east station of Jian‘an District. The total length of the line is more than 35 kilometers, and it includes 16 underground stations, including five transfer stations.
KONE’s delivery includes 195 KONE TransitMaster™ escalators, four TransitMaster™ autowalks and 37 KONE MonoSpace® elevators. In addition, the contract includes two years of standard maintenance.

The developer is Zhengzhou Metro Group Co. Ltd. The main architect is Zhengzhou Rail Transit Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd
KONE booked the order in the second quarter of 2021.
