Karnataka State Legal Services Authority is organizing a 90-day drive for Mediation Nation 2.0 – starting from 02nd January 2026 across the state for 90 days.
This campaign covers pending cases in courts – Matrimonial and Family Court cases, Motor Accident Tribunal cases. Cheque Bounce Cases, Commercial Cases, Service Cases, Negotiable Criminal Cases, Consumer Dispute Cases, DRT Cases, Partnership Cases. Land acquisition cases and other civil cases can be resolved through mediation under this campaign.If the public wishes to resolve their cases through conciliation, the courts may refer the cases to the Mediation Center, where both parties are summoned and Cases can be settled through conciliation at the District Legal Services Authorities located in the District Court Complex and the Mediation Centers located in the Taluk Court premises.
The public can obtain information by contacting the Mediation Centers located at the premises of the Hon’ble High Court, Bangalore, Dharwad and Kalaburagi, if their cases are pending in the High Court.
