FKCCI Elects New Leadership Bench for FY 2026–27; T Sairam Prasad Appointed President
BENGALURU, India — The Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI), the apex trade and industry advocacy body in the state, has officially announced the election results for its executive leadership team for the financial year 2026–27.T Sairam Prasad has been elected President of Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry, FKCCI for the year 2026-27.
Following the internal electoral and governance process, Shri T Sairam Prasad has been elected as the President of FKCCI for the 2026–27 term. He succeeds the outgoing administration and will assume the primary responsibility of directing the chamber’s strategic industrial policies, corporate advocacy, and public-private trade partnerships across Karnataka.
Strengthening the core executive bench, the chamber also announced two key appointments to its senior leadership framework:
Shri B P Shashidhar has been elected as the Senior Vice-President of FKCCI for the 2026–27 financial year.
Shri N Sathish has been elected as the Vice-President of the federation for the corresponding 2026–27 term.
The newly elected executive board will steer the chamber’s mandate at a critical juncture as the state scales up investments under its “Beyond Bengaluru” digital initiatives, regional industrial corridor expansions, and MSME infrastructure growth policies. The leadership team will act as the unified voice for thousands of corporate members, startups, trade associations, and industrial units, working closely with state and central governments to optimize the ease of doing business in Karnataka.
The official transition of executive portfolios will take effect immediately following the chamber’s concluding administrative protocols.
