Nova Benefits organised a free health check-up drive for 100+ blue collar workers of various companies, emphasizing the need for health and wellness benefits irrespective of one’s designation

National, May 05, 2022: Nova Benefits, an employee wellness platform focussed on corporate health insurance, on the occasion of Ayushman Bharat Diwas organised a free health check-up drive for 100+ blue collar workers at the company headquarters recently. With the aim to promote inclusive health and wellness benefits, 10+ offices across Bangalore were invited to participate in the free health drive. Blue collar workers from companies like DTDC, Innoviti, G4S, Uvi Health, 56 Secure & Chaitanya India participated in the health check-up drive.
Access to universal healthcare with health and wellness benefits as well as insurance, irrespective of designations, is essential. Ensuring that all employees are offered health care coverage that provides a defined set of essential health benefits is important in order to move towards a healthier nation and drive a more productive workforce.
