Mumbai, December 11, 2025 โ Pajson Agro India Limited processes raw cashew nuts into kernels under its โRoyal Mewaโ brand, proposes to open its Initial Public Offering on Thursday, December 11, 2025 aiming to raise โน 74.45 Crore (At Upper Price Band), with shares to be listed on the BSE SME platform.
The issue size is 63,09,600 equity shares at a face value of โน 10 each with a price band of โน 112 – โน 118 Per Share.

- Qualified Institutional Buyer โ Up To 11,82,000ย Equity Shares

The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for Capital Expenditure towards Establishment of a Second Cashew Processing Facility at Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh and General Corporate Purpose. The anchor portion will open on December 10, 2025 and for public Issue will open on December 11, 2025 and close on December 15, 2025.
