Bangalore, 5th August 2018: Speedo, the world’s leading swimwear brand, today held its second Non-medalist Speedo Invitational Championship at the Kensington Pool, Ulsoor in Bangalore.
With an aim to nurture the swimming ecosystem in India, the second edition was spread across two days with more than 600 participations. All the participants received a participation certificate and Speedo gift vouchers. All the winners were awarded medals and certificates. The swimmers with highest points in each group also received Individual Championship certificate and a “Best Swimmer Award” from Speedo.
Arjuna Awardee and youngest Olympic Swimmer of India Virdhawal Khade and Sandeep Sejwal who is also an Arjuna Awardee were seen gracing the launch event. These swim stars have been an integral part of Speedo since the start of their career and have continued to support the brand ever since.
