Swachh Survekshan 2021 results announced, Bengaluru adjudged as the ‘Fastest Mover’ mega city.
Housing and Urban Affairs ministry today celebrated the Swachh Amrit Mahotsav-2021, in which under Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) Swachh Survekshan 2021 (Above 40 lakhs category “Fast Mover” Mega City First place was awarded to Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) “Swachh City award”
India’s Housing and Urban Affairs Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra handed over the “Swachh City” award to BBMP Chief Commissioner Gaurav Gupta. On the diaz Solid Waste Management Special Commissioner Dr Harish Kumar and Solid waste division Joint Commissioner Sarfaraz Khan was present.
