“The Weeek Bengaluru Fashion” week logo unveiled.
* Event planned for the last week of October
* In collaboration with Jewels of India
Bengaluru, August 12: In an effort to enable Bengaluru attain an unique place in Fashion Sector, the logo for “The Weeek Bengaluru Fashion”, an event slated in October, was unveiled here on Saturday.
Models Kavitha, Sunny Kamble and Jackie unveiled the logo adding glitter to the event.
In the glamorous programme held in a private hotel, model Jackie said not many events in fashion sector take place in Bengaluru. It becomes necessary to go to Mumbai or to North India.
“There is tremendous potential to make the IT hub Bengaluru to carve a niche for itself in fashion sector. It is laudable that “The weeek Bengaluru Fashion” is being organised in Bengaluru. I am happy to be associated with this event,” Jackie added.
Paramesh, Managing Director of Creation House, event organizers, in his speech said that prominent fashion designers of the country are going to participate in the event being held in October.
“Jewels of India has collaborated with us. Social issues will be the theme of the fashion event,” Paramesh added.
Noted models Jackie, Kavitha, South India’s well-known choreographer Fahim, Dr Chethan Kumar Mehta, Vice President of IBJA and Propreitor of Lakahmi Diamonds, Sumesh Vadhera of Art of Jewellery, Director of Jos Alukkas John Alukkas, Vikram Mehta of Jewel of India, B. V. Mallikarjuna of Xiomi Mobile India and others were present on the occasion.
