UMA Bootcamp 2025 is an initiative powered by United Motorsports Academy, in association with Spain’s premier RGB Racing Team. A sponsored, 18-day international motorsport training program in Madrid, Spain – designed exclusively for Indian engineering students and young professionals aged 18–35. This flagship initiative offers hands-on training on Porsche GT3 Cup cars, real-time race exposure, and mentorship from renowned motorsport experts.
A Once-in-a-Lifetime Opportunity
All 30 selected participants will gain immersive, hands-on learning experience working with Porsche GT3 Cup Cars in real race environments. Additionally, 5 outstanding performers will secure confirmed internships with RGB Racing Team, either at the Porsche Sprint Cup Ibérica, the 6 Hours of Abu Dhabi, or the prestigious 24 Hours of Dubai.

Learn from F1 & Le Mans Experts
Participants will gain industry-ready skills in vehicle dynamics, data acquisition, race strategy, and motorsport operations directly from professionals with experience in Formula 1 and Le Mans.
The program includes five confirmed internships with RGB Racing Team at the Porsche Sprint Cup Ibérica and either the 6 Hours of Abu Dhabi or 24 Hours of Dubai. While all 30 selected participants will receive hands-on, immersive learning experiences with Porsche GT3 Cup cars, only the top performers will qualify for international internship placements and global job opportunities.
