Water supply disruptions in areas covered by Phase 2 of the 4th phase of the Cauvery Water Supply Project

Bengaluru, July 14 (Karnataka News):
The Bangalore Water Supply and Drainage Board is undertaking emergency maintenance works to prevent leakage of the Scour Valve in the 2700 mm diameter pipeline of the Cauvery Water Supply Project, Phase 4, Phase 2, and therefore, the water purifiers will be shut down for a total of 12 hours from 06.00 AM to 06.00 PM on Thursday, 16-07-2026. The shutdown of these water purifiers will cause disruption in the Cauvery water supply.
The public is requested to store the required water as a precaution and to cooperate with the board.
