Investigating complaints filed and to be filed by women related to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru City, Bengaluru Rural and Tumkur districts
In order to provide relief, the National Commission for Women has launched the “National Commission for Women Aapke Dwar – Mahila Jan Sunvahi” program in 2025.
It was held at the Sambhram Auditorium of the Reformatory Institutes Complex on Dr. M.H. Marigowda Road, Bangalore, from 12 noon each day on October 13 and 14.
The first day of the program on October 13 was inaugurated by Commission Chairperson Vijaya Rahatkar.
Speaking later, he said that the National Commission for Women is coming to the state to resolve the complaints of women who have submitted them to it and is trying to find solutions to the problems on the spot.
Police Commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh, State Women’s Commission Chairperson Nagalakshmi Chaudhary, and police officers from Bengaluru and Tumkur districts were present at the event.
