Bangalore, November 20 (Karnataka Information) :
As part of the National Integration Week, Bengaluru City University organized a National Integration Pledge-taking program on November 19 at the Jnana Jyothi Central College campus.
The pledge was administered by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Lingaraja Gandhi, who addressed the gathering of students, teaching, and non-teaching staff. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of strengthening national freedom and unity while urging efforts to curb violence and communal hatred across the country.
The event witnessed active participation from Registrar T. Javaregouda, Registrar (Evaluation) Dr. C.S. Anand Kumar, Prof. Hariprasad, Prof. Shivashankar, Prof. Jyothi Venkatesh, along with other faculty members, administrative staff, and a large number of students.
The program highlighted the university’s commitment to promoting peace, unity, and integration among all sections of society.
