Barbeque Nation brings a limited-period Nizam-e-Dastarkhwan – Royal Flavours of Hyderabad pop-up to its Phoenix Market City outlet in Whitefield, Bengaluru, curated by MasterChef India 2023’s youngest contestant, Kenneth Gopinath. Inspired by the royal Nawabi cuisine of Hyderabad, the festival showcases rich, aromatic, and regal flavours with signature Hyderabadi spices, slow-cooked preparations, and traditional cooking techniques.
The specially curated menu features standout dishes like Mutton Marag Shorba, Shikampuri Kebab, Ambade ki Paneer Tikka, Nizami Shaan Shami Kebab, along with royal desserts such as Sheer Khurma and Double ka Meetha.
