The World HR Summit 2025, hosted in Bengaluru by HR Shapers in association with The Life Eternal Trust, brought together HR leaders and professionals to discuss the future of work, people, and technology. The event included discussions on AI’s impact, the future of work, and leadership, along with a Sahaja Yoga wellness session and an HR Leadership Awards ceremony. The summit’s goal was to promote discussion on adapting to an unpredictable and changing world, with an emphasis on topics like mental health and innovative HR practice.
A special Wellness and Meditation Session by Sahaja Yoga was conducted at the Bengaluru HR Summit & HR Leaders Awards 2025, held at Taj MG Road and jointly organised by The Life Eternal Trust, Bengaluru, and HR Shapers.
Experts in mental wellness, holistic health, and corporate leadership highlighted the transformative potential of Sahaja Yoga meditation in managing stress, preventing illness, and unlocking human potential at the HR Leadership Awards held by Bengaluru HR Summit 2025.
Sahaj Yoga focuses on the seven chakras or energy centers, which, when imbalanced, can manifest as physical ailments, emotional disturbances, or behavioral challenges such as fear, aggression, or poor teamwork. Meditation realigns these centers, fostering holistic wellness and emotional stability. Practiced in over 120 countries, Sahaja Yoga is offered freely, reflecting its principle of selfless service.
Emeditate launched-
The summit also witnessed the launch of Emeditate, an AI-driven wellness mobile app designed to help individuals practice Sahaja Yoga Meditation anytime, offering personalized guidance and stress-management support.
Free Corporate Wellness Sessions Announced-
Dr. Manoj Kumar, Chairman of The Life Eternal Trust, announced that the Trust is ready to offer free Sahaja Yoga meditation sessions to organizations for stress management and employee wellness initiatives.
Dr. Manoj Kumar emphasized that the key to overcoming life’s challenges lies within each individual. “The solution is inside every human being,” he said, underscoring the power of awakening the inner Kundalini energy through Sahaj Yoga.
Dr Suhas Reddy, Pathward Vice President shared his personal journey of overcoming ADHD through regular meditation, emphasizing that early intervention can prevent stress and health issues from escalating. Using a vivid analogy, he described human personality as a pendulum swinging between extremes—lethargy and indulgence on one side, aggression and overdrive on the other. Meditation, he said, helps maintain balance, self-awareness, and healthier relationships.
Dr Ashish and other panelists noted that meditation complements rational intellect by nurturing intuitive and emotional capacities.

HR Leadership Awards Presented-The wellness session was followed by the HR Leadership Awards, where several CHROs and HR professionals were honored for excellence in HR innovation, leadership, and organisational development.
