Karnataka State Chief Electoral Officer Manoj Kumar Meena opined that treatment , surgery and care facilities based on modern technology should be made available to common people.
On Friday , he inaugurated the newly adopted robotics technology system for joint alignment and orthopedic surgery at the Kaveri Hospital in Marathahalli in the city . He said that machine driven equipment , artificial intelligence and robotics technology are playing a very important role in the ever – changing health sector . He said that accurate disease diagnosis , treatment , surgery and better care are possible .
The growing technology should be adopted in the medical field as well as made available to the general public . Economically and patronage wise it will benefit everyone . Manoj Kumar Meena said that a good nation can be built in the society of healthy people .
Robotics technology based on AI technology for bone treatment has been started in the hospital . It is useful for knee pain treatment , accidents , surgeries like joint replacement . The hospital doctors said that the patient will recover soon and be able to engage in his daily activities .
In the program , the executive director of the hospital , Dr. Vijay Bhaskar and Head of Orthopedic Department Dr. Raghu Nagaraj was present .
