PPS Skoda unveiled new Skoda Kylaq Sportline in Trivandrum and delivered 150 other Skoda vehicles in Kerala during Onam festivities
Trivandrum (Kerala), August 22, 2026 – PPS Motors, part of one of India’s largest automobile retail conglomerates, has announced the delivery of 150 Škoda vehicles to customers across Kerala as part of its Onam celebrations. The milestone adds to the festive spirit for 150 Kerala families while reaffirming PPS Škoda’s strong presence in the state. During the Onam season, PPS Škoda delivered 100 Kylaq, 30 Kushaq, 18 Slavia, and 2 Kodiaq vehicles to customers across Kerala.
A Mass Vehicle Delivery event at Trivandrum brought together customer families for a memorable celebration of Onam and vehicle delivery, reflecting the festive spirit and strong customer connect that defines the PPS Škoda experience. The ceremonial handover of keys symbolised the beginning of new journeys for customers, while reinforcing PPS Škoda’s commitment to delivering exceptional sales and ownership experiences. The event was attended by Mr.Biju Raj V, Zonal Head India, Škoda Auto India; Mr.Chandrashekar S. Iyer, CEO, PPS Škoda (Kerala, Karnataka and Gujarat); and other senior officials from both organisations.
At the event, the dealership also launched the new Kylaq Sportline, adding a more dynamic, sport-inspired expression to the brand’s best-selling SUV. Darker exterior details and a sportier cabin treatment give the Kylaq Sportline a distinct identity while staying true to the brand’s design-led, driver-focused character. The Kylaq Sportline makes its presence felt with Deep Black ORVMs, Glossy Black front and rear diffusers and LED projector lamps at the front. A Dual Tone Floating Roof in Deep Black, 17-inch Black Alloy wheels and black branding on the tailgate give the SUV a more assertive stance. The Kylaq Sportline continues the dark, performance-inspired theme across the roof, dashboard and door trims. Leatherette seats with Sportline labels on the headrests and contrast stitching add to the sporty ambience, while aluminium pedals, ambient lighting, wireless charging, an electric sunroof, Climatronic Auto AC, a 25.6 cm touch infotainment system and a 20.32 cm Virtual Cockpit bring everyday comfort and modern convenience to the cabin. Kylaq Sportline 1.0 TSI MT is available at Rs.11,32,000/- and 1.0 TSI AT at 12,32,000/- (ex-showroom).
