As part of its welfare activities, the South Western Railway Women’s Welfare Organization (SWRWWO), Bengaluru Division, visited Lavalavike Old-Age Home at Vijayanagar, Bengaluru, today.
Smt. Reena Singh, President/SWRWWO/Bengaluru Division, along with Smt. Amita Mohanpuria and Smt. Jayashree Kataraki, Vice Presidents; Smt. Swati Priya, Secretary; Smt. Bhagyashree, Treasurer; and other executive members, interacted with the senior citizens residing at the old-age home and spent time with them.
On the occasion, SWRWWO donated groceries and medical consumables worth ₹75,000 to support the residents of the old-age home.
