The new scheme of the National Legal Services Authority, “Veer Parivar Sahayata Yojana-2025”, organized by the State Board of the Department of Soldiers Welfare and Rehabilitation, Bangalore And the free legal services clinic was inaugurated virtually by Surya Kant, Hon’ble Judge of the Supreme Court and Executive Chairman of the National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi.
Speaking virtually, Hon’ble Supreme Court Justice Surya Kant said that as part of the regional conference held in Jammu and Kashmir, he had addressed the defence personnel, ex-servicemen and He said that this new scheme has been designed to be implemented across the country to provide free and effective legal services to their families.
Vibhu Bakru, Honorable Judge of the High Court and Chairman of the Karnataka State Legal Services Authority, symbolically inaugurated a free legal services clinic at the State Sainik Board of the Sainik Welfare and Rehabilitation Department, Bangalore. The main objective of this clinic is to provide legal services to defence personnel, ex-servicemen and their family members.
On this occasion, Honorable Justice Smt. Anu Sivaraman, Member Secretary of Karnataka State Legal Services Authority H. Shashidhara Shetty, In-charge Director of Karnataka State Sainik Welfare and Rehabilitation Department Fight Lieutenant M.S. Lolaksha, family members including officers and ex-servicemen were present.
