In continuation with its efforts to enhance access to evidence based medical resources for clinicians, British Medical Journal (BMJ) India took further steps to strengthen its collaboration with Karnataka Medical Council (KMC).
Earlier this year, BMJ Learning, the online learning platform from healthcare knowledge provider BMJ,received accreditation from Karnataka Medical Council (KMC). BMJ conducted an event on Sunday, September 22, 2019 in Bangalore to formally launch the collaboration. The theme of the event was High Quality, Evidence Based Interactive & Accredited Online CME. Doctors across Bangalore attended the event to learn more about BMJ Learning and how it could be useful in attaining their educational objectives.
The learning modules provided by BMJ Learning deal with everyday issues in primary care and hospital medicine. Through this collaboration, doctors across Karnataka can now access the modules at a discounted price. Upon successful completion of the modules, doctors will receive one credit point per module and a joint completion certificate from BMJ Learning and KMC.
BMJ Learning offers high-quality continuing medical education for doctors and other healthcare professionals. It features hundreds of accredited, peer-reviewed learning modules in text, video, and audio formats, giving healthcare professionals a fast and efficient way to test their knowledge and keep up to date with the latest developments in medicine.Modules on BMJ Learning are evidence based and peer reviewed, and are regularly updated.
