Mr. Devajit Saikia and Mr. Prabhtej Singh Bhatia have been unanimously elected as the Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer, respectively, of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Their appointments follow a by-election held during the Special General Meeting at the BCCI HQ on Sunday, January 12, 2024. The process was overseen by Mr. A.K. Joti, Electoral Officer for the 2024 by-election. Both Mr. Saikia and Mr. Bhatia will assume their roles with immediate effect.
