3 FEB 2019 BENGALURU INDIA: Narayana Hrudayalaya said Sunday its Group CEO and Managing Director Ashutosh Raghuvanshi has resigned from the post.
Dr. Emmanuel Rupert has been appointed MD & Group CEO, to take over from Dr. Raghuvanshi. Dr. Rupert has been associated with NH since 2000 and has been part of the founding team at NH. He started his career with NH as Sr. Consultant in Cardiac Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care in the year 2000. Dr. Rupert has served as the Group Director – Medical Services since August 2018. Dr. Rupert’s appointment will be formalised immediately following the relieving of Dr. Raghuvanshi from the services of the company.
Mr. Viren Shetty has been appointed Group COO of the company. Mr. Viren Shetty, an MBA from Stanford Business School, has been on the Board of the company in the capacity of an Executive Director, and has been Sr. VP – Strategy since 2012.
