Shirin SalisMs Lakshmi Mukkavilli, Managing Director, Patra India BPO Services Pvt Ltd, Visakhapatnam has taken over as Chairwoman of IWN Southern Region for the year 2023-24.
Ms Lakshmi Mukkavilli has been closely associated with CII IWN and she has served as Past Chairwoman, IWN AP (2018-19); Co-Lead, IWN Southern Regional Vertical Council on Mentorship (2020-21); and Member, CII Southern Region Sub-Committee on HR & IR (2020-21).
She is the Managing Director of Patra India BPO Services for the past 15 years, which is a subsidiary of Patra Corporation based out of California.
Ms Lakshmi has received an award for “Most Talented Leaders in Outsourcing Industry” from Asia Outsourcing Congress, Mumbai.
Ms Shirin Salis, Vice President – HR, Trane Technologies (India), Bangalore has taken over as Deputy Chairwoman of CII IWN Southern Region for the year 2023-24.
Ms Shirin is an active member and held the position of Chairwoman – IWN, Karnataka in the year 2019-20 and Co-Convenor, CII Karnataka Sustainability Panel (2022-23).
In this role, Ms Shirin leads the Human Resource strategy and direction for the organization.
She has been recognized as a “Woman Super Achiever” by the World HRD Congress for her contributions to the HR profession.
