Elegance Enterprises, South India’s largest real estate marketing and sales organization, is venturing into real estate development. Mr. Pawan Kumar Tripathi, Elegance Infra’s Director of Finance & Strategy, and Mr. Amit Porwal, Elegance Infra’s Director of Sales & Operations, made the announcement on 9th June 2022 (Thursday) at ITC Gardenia, Residency Road, Bengaluru. Elegance Infra, founded in 2021, hails from a family with a trusted history in the real estate industry. Headquartered in Bengaluru, is one of India’s largest real estate marketing and sales organization. The organization began its extraordinary adventure 10 years ago, in the year 2012, with a clear vision and objective to meet the aspirations of millions of people by assisting them to make the right real estate choices. Today, the company has offices in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Goa, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune, with plans to expand internationally. It has by now acquired around 20,000 home owners.

For the Financial Year 2022-23, Elegance Infra has planned eight projects totaling over 600 acres of development.
