It was held on 29 July 2025 at Nayana Kannada Bhavan, Bengaluru. Ambika C, founder of Art Cultural Educational Enlight Foundation (Re) spoke on the topic of “The Endangered Tiger Population” as part of “World Tiger Day” celebrations.
They organized a public awareness campaign on “Protection”, during which more than 150 children dressed as tigers performed dance performances, drama, painting and photography exhibitions, etc.
The chief guests on this occasion were retired forest officer Nagabhushan, editor Indusanje evening’s newspaper Padma Nagaraj, actor-producer Gandasi Sada Nanda Swamy, Senior journalists like Mrs. Shanthakumari and Nataraj, who worked for All India Radio, and wildlife photographer Shivakumar, and several environmentalists, Social workers, along with school and college students, played a key role in making the “World Tiger Day” a success.
