Tirumala, 11 January 2022: TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy has instructed officials to implement Covid guidelines strictly during the ten-day Vaikunta Dwara darshans and ensure placement of sanitisers at all the vital areas in Tirumala where the movement of pilgrims us more.
Reviewing the implementation of the Covid-19 guidelines at his camp office in Tirumala with Additional EO AV Dharma Reddy and others the TTD Chairman directed officials to ensure the health safety of devotees and employees during Vaikunta Ekadasi/Dwadasi on January 13&14 and the remaining days as well.
He said sanitisers should be placed at the Vaikuntam queue complex and Srivari Temple within reach of devotees and every devotee and employee should wear masks.
He asked officials to conduct an awareness campaign if necessary among devotees and employees. The arrangements should be made to observe social distancing in the queue lines and there should be no hassles etc.
He also appealed to devotees to observe all Covid guidelines without fail and co-operate with officials and employees.
