8 June 2023, CII Karnataka organized it’s Annual Global Knowledge Summit 2023 on the theme” Generative AI & Knowledge Management” on 08 June 2023, Taj West End, Bengaluru.
Speaking at the Summit, Dr E V Ramana Reddy IAS Additional Chief Secretary, Department of ITBT, Government of Karnataka cited “The role of GAI in transforming knowledge management within enterprises is being a focal point of discussion.With second largest AI talent pool, Bengaluru is in top 5 AI rank of the work and is leading the way for the future in innovation and technology. AI has become a key new factor for various sectors, and we are consistently working towards building the required R&D infrastructure and bridging the skill gap towards responsible and responsive solutions.
Mr Vijaykrishnan Venkatesan Chairman, CII Karnataka State Council 2023-24 & Managing Director, Kennametal India Ltd. highlighted the vital role in aiming to foster responsible and impactful integration of artificial intelligence technology in knowledge management across different industries and sectors. The importance of AI generated for skilling and upskilling the workforce has taken the development and deployment of GAI as an added advantage to the complete ecosystem.”
