Bengaluru June 05,(Karnataka Information):
It is with deep regret that we inform the public that a tragic incident occurred in the jurisdiction of Police Commissionerate on 04.06.2025 at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru during the IPL victory celebrations of the RCB cricket team, resulting in the unfortunate loss of 11 lives and injuries to 47 Individuals.
In accordance with Government is appointed, Mr. Jagadeesha G., IAS, Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate, Bengaluru Urban District, have been conduct a Magisterial Enquiry into the causes, circumstances, and sequence of events that led to this incident.
The Magisterial Enquiry will be held at the District Magistrate Court Hall, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Urban District,K G Road, Bengaluru-560009 on Date: 13.06.2025 from 11 am to 1.30pm.
Members of the public who possess any information related to the incident, or who were witnesses to the events, are hereby requested to appear in person to provide statements or submit relevant evidence during the enquiry proceedings.
