BENGALURU/VIJAYWADA MAY 1ST 2018:In an open letter to the people of Telugu states,living in Karnataka which was released to the Media by APCC  here on Tuesday the Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah  said that Telugu people could teach a lesson to BJP.

He further said that the SCS was promised to AP in the parliament in 2014 but Prime Minister Narendra Modi refused to sanction now.
