Volvo Cars has appointed Johan Ekdahl as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2022. He has been Volvo Carsโ acting CFO since June this year when he succeeded Bjรถrn Annwall who took up a new position as Chief Commercial Officer & Deputy CEO.
Johan joined Volvo Cars in 2015 and has led global accounting and group reporting in the company since 2017.

Johan holds a masterโs degree in Business and Economics from Gothenburg University. Before joining Volvo Cars, he worked as an authorised auditor at EY.
